| Detailed Description |
* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of northeast Colorado, including the following counties, central Morgan and central Weld. * WHEN. Until 115 AM MDT. * IMPACTS. Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1015 PM MDT, local law enforcement reported flooding is already occurring along Highway 144 near Orchard and other secondary roads may be impacted as well. Between 2.5 and 4 inches of rain fell earlier. - This includes the following streams and drainages. Beaver Creek, Kiowa Creek, Wildcat Creek, Bijou Creek, Sanborn Draw and Badger Creek. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Fort Morgan, Log Lane Village, Hillrose, Weldona, Goodrich, Jackson Reservoir, Orchard, Snyder, Riverside Reservoir, Fort Morgan Airport and Masters. |
