Overnight Tuesday night, minimum temperatures will reach the freezing mark over several areas of Northwestern Quebec despite moderate northwesterly winds. Overnight temperatures will remain cool afterwards this week. Conditions will remain favourable to the development of frost until Friday morning. Take preventative measures to protect frost-sensitive plants and trees. Frost advisories are issued when temperatures are expected to reach the freezing mark during the growing season, leading to potential damage and destruction to plants and crops.
