Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 115 PM AKDT, Satellite estimates and rain gauge data indicate heavy rain across the advisory area. After coordination with the River Forecast Center, forecasts reflect Ketchikan Lake to reach moderate flood stage near 4am Monday morning. Between 1.5 and 2.25 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3 inches are possible. Heavy rainfall diminishes later this evening. - For Ketchikan Lake: At 12:00pm the stage was 343.9 feet. Flood Stage is 349.0 feet. Forecast: A crest around 349.9 feet is expected around 4:00am Monday. Water levels will go above minor flood stage around 10pm Sunday. Water levels will reach near moderate flood stage at 4am Monday. Water levels will drop below minor flood stage near 4pm Monday
