| Detailed Description | The National Weather Service in Paducah KY has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Missouri. St. Francis River at Fisk .Water releases from Lake Wappapello will cause the St. Francis River at Fisk to rise into minor flood stage this weekend. The river is forecast to reach minor flood stage Saturday morning and crest near 21.0 feet by Monday morning and then hold near that level until further notice. For the St. Francis River. including Fisk. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. St. Francis River at Fisk. * WHEN. From Saturday evening until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 20.0 feet, Considerable flooding occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.5 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Saturday evening and continue rising to 21.0 feet Monday morning.
