* WHAT. Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is expected. * WHERE. A portion of northern California, including the following counties, Modoc and southeastern Siskiyou, and the cities of Alturas, Adin, Canby, Pondosa, and McCloud. * WHEN. Until at least 1000 PM PST Tuesday. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 124 PM PST, Heavy rain and snowmelt is occurring, and will cause flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen, and an additional 2 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. - This includes the following streams and drainages. Little Castle Creek, Edson Creek, Dry Creek, McKay Creek, Huckleberry Creek, Big Canyon Creek, Ash Creek, McCloud River, Bear Creek, Trout Creek, Squaw Valley Creek, Cold Creek, Pole Creek, Pilgrim Creek, Castle Lake Creek, Soda Creek, Sacramento River, Hedge Creek, North Fork Bear Creek, Panther Creek and Angel Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
