Detailed Description * WHAT. Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. The following counties in northwest Texas, Childress, Cottle, Crosby, Dickens, Floyd, Garza, Kent, King, Lubbock, Lynn, Motley and Stonewall. In the Panhandle of Texas, Briscoe and Hall. * WHEN. Through 6 AM Sunday. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Heavy rainfall from multiple rounds of thunderstorms. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
