The following counties in West Texas, Bailey, Cochran, Hockley, Terry and Yoakum. * WHEN. Through early this afternoon. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of roadways, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue to move slowly across the region through the rest of this morning and into the early afternoon hours.
