Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 921 AM MDT, local law enforcement has reported numerous road closures in an area extending from Roswell southward to Lake Arthur, including on State Highway 380 to Bottomless Lakes State Park and State Road 2 between Hagerman and Lake Arthur. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
