From Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening. * IMPACTS. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Thunderstorms will produce locally heavy rainfall, with rates of up to 2 to 3 inches per hour, over the Hermits Peak Calf Canyon burn scar and Ruidoso area burn scars Saturday afternoon and evening.
