Flooding expands at Hinton Landing affecting several residences into the area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:30 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 9.1 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Monday morning and continue rising to 12.5 feet Saturday, August 17.
