Detailed Description * WHAT. For the first Gale Warning, northwest winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 9 to 11 ft. For the Storm Warning, northwest winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 9 to 11 ft expected. For the second Gale Warning, northwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and seas 8 to 10 ft expected. * WHERE. Waters from Point Arena to Point Reyes 10-60 NM. * WHEN. For the first Gale Warning, until 3 PM PDT this afternoon. For the Storm Warning, from 3 PM this afternoon to 9 PM PDT this evening. For the second Gale Warning, from 9 PM this evening to 9 PM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS. Storm force winds and hazardous seas will capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
