Detailed Description The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana. Youngs Creek at Amity. . The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Indiana. White River at Spencer. White River at Edwardsport. White River at Elliston. White River at Newberry. White River at Petersburg. .Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall this week have produced enough runoff to bring minor flooding to Youngs Creek at Amity and the lower White from Spencer downstream to Petersburg over the next few days. The crest on the White is near Centerton late Friday morning and should reach Spencer by Saturday morning and Petersburg on Monday. Additional rainfall this weekend and next week could both lengthen the amount of time in flood as well as bump crests higher, so people with interests along area rivers should monitor updated forecasts and warnings. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. White River at Petersburg. * WHEN. From Saturday evening to late Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS. At 18.0 feet, Lowland flooding begins to flood several Pike County roads. Many of the following county roads begin to flood around this level. east of SR 57 include CR 750N. CR 600N and CR 1000E. Pike county road subject to flooding west of SR 57 include. CR 250 W. CR 400W. CR 675N. CR 700 N. CR 1000w. CR 900W. CR 700W and CR 775W. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 11:30 AM EDT Friday /10:30 AM CDT Friday/ the stage was 13.5 feet. - Forecast. The river will rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to 18.2 feet early Monday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday evening to 6.8 feet Saturday, May 25. It will rise to 7.1 feet Sunday, May 26. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
