Detailed Description The National Weather Service in Quad Cities IA IL has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Iowa. Iowa River at Marengo affecting Iowa and Benton Counties. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Iowa River at Marengo. * WHEN. From Saturday afternoon to Friday, July 18. * IMPACTS. At 17.0 feet, Moderate Flood Stage. Extensive inundation of agricultural land. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 11.6 feet. - Forecast. The river will rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to 15.1 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall to flood stage early Sunday morning. It will rise to 16.9 feet early Monday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
