Detailed Description * WHAT. For the first Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 4 to 7 ft at 6 seconds. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 6 to 9 ft at 6 to 8 seconds expected. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, south winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and very steep and hazardous seas 9 to 13 ft at 9 to 12 seconds expected. * WHERE. All of the area. * WHEN. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 2 AM PDT Friday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 2 PM to 8 PM PDT Friday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 8 PM Friday to 5 AM PDT Saturday. * IMPACTS.
