Brief Description	Flood Warning
Detailed Description	The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids MI has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Michigan. Looking Glass River Near Eagle affecting Clinton County. .2 To 4 inches of rain, with localized rain amounts close to 7 inches, have fallen across Southern Lower Michigan associated with the remnants of former Hurricane Beryl. Additional rain amounts up to 1 inch through the rest of today will add to these totals. As this water moves into and through the river systems several locations will experience minor flooding over the next few days. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Looking Glass River near Eagle. * WHEN. From Thursday morning to early Sunday morning. * IMPACTS. At 7.0 feet, Expect minor flooding of homes in Dewitt and along the river between Dewitt and Eagle. Flooding occurs in Riverside Park in Dewitt and Looking Glass Valley Park in Wacousta. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 10:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 3.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 7.8 feet early Friday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday afternoon. - Flood stage is 7.0 feet. - Flood History. This crest compares to a previous crest of 7.7 feet on 01/11/2020. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
