The Rio Chama has re-routed due to sand build-up and will continue to impact ranches in the area. * WHERE. A portion of north central New Mexico, including the following county, south central Rio Arriba. * WHEN. Until 400 AM MDT Friday. * IMPACTS. Farmland inundation * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 404 PM MDT, emergency management continues to report flooding in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
