Brief Description Special Weather Statement
Detailed Description Locally dense fog will persist across the mountain river valleys and the foothills through the morning, reducing visibilities anywhere from one quarter mile to a few hundred feet in spots. When driving in fog, motorists are urged to slow down to a safe speed, allow extra separation distance with surrounding vehicles, and to use low beam headlights. Fog will burn off after 9 AM this morning, but may linger in some of the mountain valleys through 11 AM.
