Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1203 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain from thunderstorms earlier this evening has exited the advisory area, leaving only steady light to occasionally moderate rainfall. However, between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain fell between 9 pm and 11 pm. Runoff from this rainfall continues to collect within local creeks and streams, holding them at or slightly above bankfull water levels. Localized minor flooding is expected to persist over the next few hours. - This includes the following streams and drainages. East Swan Creek, Deep Creek, Arnold Branch, Cobb Creek, Harmon Creek, Cranberry Creek, Dugger Creek, Beaverdam Creek, Dobbins Creek, Davenport Creek, Ararat River and Bussels Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
