Until 200 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS. Nuisance flooding of low-lying areas adjacent to streams and other poor-drainage areas, including farmland, parks, greenways, boat-access areas, golf courses, underpasses, and parking lots. A small culvert washout or two is possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 409 AM EDT, heavy rainfall has ended across Henderson County, and while additional brief periods of moderate and heavy rainfall are possible through Tuesday morning, this rainfall is not expected to exacerbate ongoing flooding or cause new flooding to develop. Storm-total rainfall of 2-3.5 inches fell across central and southern Henderson County since Monday morning, resulting in nuisance flooding of flood-prone, low-lying areas adjacent to impacted streams. While high flows and flooding along smaller streams has ended, the resultant floodwave continues to impact Mud Creek and Bat Fork Creek. Mud Creek will remain above bankfull for several more hours, resulting in continued flooding of the lowest elevations of William H King Memorial Park. Therefore, a Flood Advisory will remain in effect until the Mud Creek streamgauge at N Main St falls below the Action Stage of 11.5 feet. - Some locations that may continue to experience nuisance flooding include. Hendersonville, Flat Rock, Mountain Home, Laurel Park, Valley Hill, East Flat Rock, Crab Creek and Dana. - Http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
