Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Multiple periods of heavy rainfall remain forecast across portions of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas through Monday. As of early Sunday morning, 1 to 2 inches of rainfall has already fallen across portions of the area, and an additional 2 to 4 inches of rainfall are forecast through Monday evening. Storm total rainfall accumulations of 3 to 6 inches with isolated amounts near 8 inches are forecast.
