Detailed Description	The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in North Carolina. Cape Fear River At Elizabethtown affecting Bladen County. Cape Fear River At William O Huske Lock And Dam 3 affecting Bladen and Cumberland Counties. . The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in North Carolina. South Carolina. Cape Fear River At Lock And Dam 1 affecting Bladen County. Northeast Cape Fear River Near Burgaw affecting Pender County. Lumber River 1 SE Nichols affecting Marion, Horry and Dillon Counties. Lumber River Near Lumberton affecting Robeson County. Little Pee Dee River At Galivants Ferry affecting Marion and Horry Counties. Waccamaw River near Longs affecting Horry, Columbus and Brunswick Counties. Waccamaw River near Freeland affecting Columbus and Brunswick Counties. Waccamaw River At Conway affecting Horry County. Great Pee Dee River At Pee Dee affecting Marion and Florence Counties. Black Creek At Quinby affecting Florence and Darlington Counties. Black River At Kingstree affecting Williamsburg County. * WHAT. Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Lumber River near Lumberton. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 19.0 feet, Extensive flooding occurs along the river. Over 50 dwellings will be inundated or isolated due to the flood waters and several roads will be closed especially in the Pines area and Coxs Pond area. Carthage Road may be completely covered with water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:20 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 20.1 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to fall to 16.5 feet Friday morning. Additional rain beyond 48 hours may cause higher rises. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
