Police are looking for Jose Magdaleno Dominguez, a 42 year old, Hispanic, Male, in connection with the abduction of the child. The suspect was last seen wearing Tan Cap, Tan Shirt, Tan Shorts. The suspect is believed to be driving a BLUE 2009 CADILLAC CTS bearing TX license plate G W X 3 0 4 7. The suspect was last seen in Odessa, Texas.
