| Detailed Description | * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Caddo, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Coal, Comanche, Cotton, Garvin, Grady, Hughes, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnston, Kiowa, Lincoln, Logan, McClain, Murray, Noble, Oklahoma, Payne, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie, Seminole, Stephens and Tillman and northern Texas, including the following counties, Wichita and Wilbarger. * WHEN. From 10 AM CDT this morning through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected from Saturday through Monday with widespread rainfall totals of 3 to 7 inches likely with locally higher amounts possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood |
