Cypress Creek At SR 54 Worthington Gardens affecting Pasco County. Peace River At Bartow affecting Polk County. Peace River At Arcadia at SR 70 affecting DeSoto County. For the Withlacoochee. including US 301 Trilby, Croom, SR 200 Holder, US 41 Dunnellon. Major flooding is forecast. For the Cypress Creek. including SR 54 Worthington Gardens. Minor flooding is forecast. For the Peace. including Bartow, Arcadia at SR 70. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * WHERE.
