Brief Description High Wind Watch
Detailed Description * WHAT. West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts to 65 mph. * WHERE. Mojave Desert Slopes. * WHEN. From Saturday afternoon through late Sunday night. * IMPACTS. Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Highways impacted include, but are not limited to, SR 14, 58, and 178, as well as U.S. 395.
