Brief Description Flood Watch
Detailed Description * WHAT. Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. A portion of the Panhandle of Texas, including the following areas, Armstrong, Carson, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hansford, Hartley, Hutchinson, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Palo Duro Canyon, Potter, Randall, Roberts and Sherman. * WHEN. Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Thunderstorms are very likely from this afternoon through early Sunday morning that could produce heavy rainfall rates upwards of 2 inches per hour. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
