Brief Description Flash Flood Warning
Detailed Description At 519 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen in the past 3 hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Sonora, The Intersection Of I-10 And Ranch Road 1989, Us-277 Near The Sutton-Schleicher County Line and I-10 Near The Crockett-Sutton County Line. This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 380 and 407.
