For the Storm Warning, south winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 18 to 23 ft at 15 seconds expected. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 19 to 23 ft at 15 seconds expected. * WHERE. All area waters. * WHEN. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 10 AM PST this morning. For the Storm Warning, from 10 AM this morning to 10 AM PST Thursday. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, from 10 AM to 7 PM PST Thursday. * IMPACTS.
