Eel River at North Manchester affecting Cass IN, Wabash, Kosciusko, Whitley and Miami Counties. Auglaize River near Fort Jennings affecting Putnam, Allen OH and Paulding Counties. Saint Joseph River Ohio near St. Joe River Ft. Wayne affecting Allen IN County. Elkhart River at Goshen affecting Elkhart and Noble Counties. Saint Joseph River Michigan at Niles affecting Cass MI, Berrien and St. Joseph Counties. Maumee River at Napoleon affecting Henry County. Maumee River near Defiance affecting Henry and Defiance Counties. Maumee River at Fort Wayne affecting Allen IN and Paulding Counties. Saint Joseph River Ohio below Montpelier affecting Williams County. Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville affecting Defiance, De Kalb and Allen IN Counties. For the Auglaize River. including Fort Jennings, Defiance. Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Blanchard River. including Ottawa. Minor flooding is forecast. For the Maumee River. including Fort Wayne, Defiance, Napoleon. Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Saint Joseph River Ohio. including Montpelier, Newville, St. Joe River Ft. Wayne. Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River. including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne. Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Tiffin River. including Stryker. Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Elkhart River. including Goshen, Cosperville. Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Auglaize River near Fort Jennings. * WHEN. From Saturday evening to Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS. At 16.0 feet, Moderate flooding begins along the Auglaize River with secondary roads and agricultural lands as well as homes nearest the river being affected by flood waters. Some evacuations of people and property may be necessary. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 10.9 feet. - Forecast. The river will fall to 10.8 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then rise to 12.2 feet tomorrow evening. It will fall to 11.7 feet early Saturday morning. It will then rise above flood stage late Saturday evening to 16.3 feet Sunday evening.
