Until 330 PM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 929 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated a persistamt band of rain since early this morning. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen since early this morning. - This includes the following streams and drainages. Barbours Creek, Boone Creek, Boggs Creek, Beech Run, Big Clear Creek, Boggs Run, Anthony Creek, Blue Spring Run, Boulder Run, Beaver Creek, Big Creek, Big Run and Bens Run. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Alleghany.
