From Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening. * IMPACTS. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Thunderstorms will produce locally heavy rainfall, with rates of up to 2-3" per hour, over the HPCC and Ruidoso area burn scars on Saturday afternoon and evening.
