Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches with locally greater amounts in excess of 4 to 5 inches will be possible in the watch area Monday afternoon through late Monday night.
