| Detailed Description | Poor visibility in snow and blowing snow is expected or occurring. Total snowfall: 5 to 10 cm. Maximum wind gusts: north to northwesterly 60 to 70 km/h. Locations: southeastern Labrador from L'Anse-au-Clair to Norman Bay. Time span: ending overnight. Remarks: Snow will combine with strengthening winds to cause poor visibility in blowing snow. Conditions will improve as the snow ends and winds ease overnight. ### Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero. Blowing snow advisories are issued when winds are expected to create blowing snow giving poor visibility to 800 metres or less for at least 3 hours.
