* WHAT. Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Portions of central and southern New Hampshire, including the following counties, in central New Hampshire, Merrimack. In southern New Hampshire, Hillsborough and Rockingham. * WHEN. Until noon EDT. * IMPACTS. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier and ongoing rainfall. Urban flooding is possible, especially in poor drainage areas. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 721 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a band of steady rainfall with rates around a half inch an hour. These showers are expected to last through mid to late morning and bring an additional 1 and 1.5 inches of rainfall. Rain gage reports indicate much of the area has already received 1 to 1.5 inches since last night. The combined runoff is sufficient to cause small streams to flood, along with standing water issued in low lying and poor drainage areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Derry, Merrimack, Durham, Exeter, Jaffrey and Henniker.
