Detailed Description The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Arkansas. White River At Newport affecting Independence and Jackson Counties. White River At Augusta affecting Woodruff and White Counties. White River At Georgetown affecting Prairie, Woodruff and White Counties. White River At Clarendon affecting Arkansas and Monroe Counties. For the Lower White River. including Newport, Augusta, Georgetown, Des Arc, Clarendon. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. White River at Georgetown. * WHEN. From Monday morning to Friday, November 15. * IMPACTS. At 21.0 feet, Hurricane Lake Wildlife Management Area and Raft Creek Bottoms inundated. Roads in the bottoms are flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 6:00 PM CST Thursday the stage was 12.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late Monday morning to a crest of 21.5 feet early Tuesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday, November 14. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
