* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. Portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma, including the following areas, Beaver, Cimarron and Texas counties, and the Panhandle of Texas, including the following areas, Armstrong, Carson, Collingsworth, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Donley, Gray, Hansford, Hartley, Hemphill, Hutchinson, Lipscomb, Moore, Ochiltree, Oldham, Potter, Randall, Roberts, Sherman and Wheeler counties, along with Palo Duro Canyon. * WHEN. Through Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
