For the Spring River. including Waco, Baxter Springs. elevated river levels are forecast. * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Spring River near Waco. * WHEN. From this morning until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 16.0 feet, flood waters begin to impact low areas along Maple Road and County Road 270 on the east side of the bridge where the gage is located. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 19.0 feet. - Forecast.
