* LOCATION. Goodnews Bay and other communities west of Cape Newenham. * COASTAL FLOODING. Water levels as high as 2 to 5 feet above normal highest tide are possible. * TIMING. Water levels have begun rising. The peak water levels are expected tonight through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS. Southwesterly to westerly winds may cause higher seas and surf, contributing to erosion and flooding along the coast. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Goodnews Bay is expecting to see additional surges of high water, with the first expected early this morning, 2 to 3 feet above the normal highest tide line. Early Tuesday morning will bring the largest surge with 4 to 5 feet above the normal highest tide line. Coastal flooding risks rapidly diminish east and south of Cape Newenham. Expected peaks with respect to the normal highest tide line are as follows: Togiak: 2 feet. Nushagak Bay: 2 to 3 feet. Naknek: 2 to 3 feet. Egegik: 0 to 1 feet. Pilot Point: 2 to 3 feet.
