Detailed Description Heavy rain with rising snow levels over the south slopes of the Olympics beginning Sunday could cause the Skokomish River in Mason county to go over flood stage beginning Sunday evening. * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. A portion of northwest Washington, including the following county, Mason. * WHEN. From Sunday evening through Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Heavy rain over the south slopes of the Olympics Sunday into Monday.
