| Detailed Description | 2:21 AM ADT Tuesday 23 April 2024 Blowing Snow Advisory in effect for: Churchill Valley Poor visibility in snow and blowing snow is expected or occurring in some locations. Total snowfall: 5 to 10 cm. Maximum wind gusts: northwesterly 80 km/h. Locations: Churchill Falls and Churchill Valley. Time span: ending overnight. Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Blowing snow advisories are issued when winds are expected to create blowing snow giving poor visibility to 800 metres or less for at least 3 hours.
