Brief Description Flood Watch
Detailed Description * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. Portions of central and south central Virginia, including the following counties, in central Virginia, Prince Edward. In south central Virginia, Brunswick, Lunenburg, Mecklenburg and Nottoway. * WHEN. Until 8 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Moderate to locally heavy rainfall is expected overnight along a stalled frontal boundary. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
