Eastern Leon County in the Florida Big Bend. * WHEN. Until 200 PM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS. A few roads either remain closed or have water still flowing across them in Eastern Leon County. Driving on flooded roads can be especially hazardous. Obey any road closure signs when encountering flooded roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 154 PM EDT, Leon County Emergency Management reported continued flooding in the Capitola, Chaires, and Baum communities of eastern Leon County. Flood waters remain, but are slowly subsiding. While some roads are beginning to reopen, others have water flowing across them, making travel difficult or even dangerous. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
