At 18.0 feet, Residential structures are at risk of flooding, especially if levee protection fails. Highway 44 south of Milltown and Keiber Road in Milltown will be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 11:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.9 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:30 AM CDT Thursday was 18.2 feet. - Forecast.
