Portions of western Maine, including the following counties, Franklin and Oxford and northern New Hampshire, including the following county, Coos. * WHEN. Until 1000 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Flooding along the Sandy River between Strong and Farmington is possible through this morning. Low lying parts of Farmington could experience flooding. In addition to the Sandy River, residual flooding caused by earlier flash floods is ongoing across the warned area. Localized road washouts from earlier storms along with ongoing high flowing streams and standing water will pose a risk to morning commuters. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 423 AM EDT, Between 2 and 4 inches of rain fall in earlier showers. This heavy rainfall resulted in flash flooding with residual standing water and high flowing streams in several areas within the warned area. The Sandy River continues to route high flows downstream between Phillips and Farmington Falls. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no significant rainfall is expected through this morning. Additional thunderstorms with heavy rain are possible this afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Farmington, Colebrook, Rangeley, Rumford, Kingfield, Andover, Carrabassett Valley, Errol, Grafton and Weld.
