Detailed Description The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas. Sabine River Near Hawkins affecting Upshur, Wood and Smith Counties. Sabine River Near Gladewater affecting Upshur, Smith and Gregg Counties. Sabine River Near Mineola affecting Wood and Smith Counties. . The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas. Sabine River At Longview affecting Harrison and Gregg Counties. For the Sabine River. including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater, Longview, Beckville, Logansport. Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Sabine River near Gladewater. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 32.0 feet, Lowland flooding will continue to slowly decrease over the next several days. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 10:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 32.5 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:15 AM CDT Thursday was 32.5 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 33.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet. - Flood History.
