Ocheyedan River near Spencer affecting Clay County. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Rock River at Rock Valley. * WHEN. Until late Thursday morning. * IMPACTS. At 16.0 feet, significant amounts of agricultural lands are flooded, and some rural roads are also threatened by high water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 11:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 17.0 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 17.9 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected continue falling.
