10:02 AM CST Thursday 18 April 2024 Snowfall Warning in effect for: Hudson Bay - Porcupine Plain A prolonged period of snowfall will continue as a low pressure system stalls over the province. Locations: Melfort, Tisdale, Nipawin and Hudson Bay. Snowfall will continue over the region through Thursday before finally tapering off on Friday. Total accumulations will be in the 15 to 25 cm range. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
