Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Red River near Terral. * WHEN. From this evening to early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS. At 21.0 feet, Some low-lying areas near the river may be isolated by high water in side channels. Bottomlands near Charlie Texas begin to flood several hours before the crest approaches the Terral Oklahoma area. The river crest reaches the Illinois bend area near Leon Oklahoma several hours later. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 19.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Forecast.
