Excessive runoff may result in flooding of urban and poor drainage areas as well as quick responding small rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Scattered showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain are possible in the watch area this afternoon and evening. Rainfall rates of 2+ inches per hr are possible with any repetitive thunderstorm activity. A widespread 1/2 to 1 1/2 inches of rainfall is likely with localized rainfall totals of up to 3 inches possible.
