West Central Clarendon County in central South Carolina. Southeastern Lexington County in central South Carolina. Central Orangeburg County in central South Carolina. Southeastern Richland County in central South Carolina. Southwestern Sumter County in central South Carolina. * Until 230 AM EST. * At 1131 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges continues to indicate heavy rain falling across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD.
